SIZE CHART

Please refer to the size chart in the product photos to ensure the correct fit. SIZE CHARTS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE LISTING PHOTOS.

 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges because all items are Made to Order.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Custom Orders:

Once production begins, no changes can be made to your order. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on shirts.

Size Selection:

Double-check the size chart for each product to ensure you’re ordering the correct size. Size change requests are not accepted once the order is submitted. If you have questions, email us for assistance.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing Time:

Most apparel is printed in-house and made to order. Processing time is 3–7 business days. Non-apparel items may be processed faster.

Shipping Timeframes:

First-Class Mail: ~5 business days

Ground Advantage: ~4 business days

Priority Mail: ~2 business days

Please Note: Selecting “Priority Shipping” refers only to the USPS transit time and does not expedite order processing.

No Local Pickups:

All orders are processed and shipped through the website. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.

Shipping Issues:

If you experience problems after shipment, please contact USPS with your tracking number for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, buyers must pay for re-shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivered Packages:

Once USPS/UPS marks a package as “Delivered,” we are no longer liable. This serves as proof of delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We have discontinued international shipping due to a high number of lost packages. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

SALES & DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes cannot be applied after checkout.

Some discounts may not apply to already discounted items.

For free shipping promos, the lowest-cost shipping method will be used.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
